Returns
Originals:
I put so much love (and paint!) into every piece I create, and I guarantee that my art is high-quality, one-of-a-kind, and full of soul. Because of this, I don’t offer returns for change of mind.

That said, it’s incredibly important to me that every piece finds its perfect forever home — and that you’re 100% happy with what you receive.

If, for any reason, your artwork isn’t quite right once it arrives, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via my contact me page. I’m always happy to chat and will do my best to make things right.

After all, each piece is made with love — and it matters to me that it brings that same feeling into your space.

Prints: Each print is custom made to order by a local fine art printer and framer in your selected size and frame & therefore not returnable. However I offer an immediate replacement if your print artwork is damaged, defevtice or if you received the wrong item.

Sale and discounted items, as well as gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, reach out via my contact me page immediately—ideally within 48 hours of delivery). This helps me work with the carrier quickly if needed.

Be sure to include photos of the issue and your order number.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
